What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing. The word itself is broken into two Japanese words. Rei means Universal, and Ki which is Life Force Energy. Reiki is a form of connecting to this Universal Life Force Energy, allowing it to flow through our being in a loving, healing manner. We always have this energy flowing through us, but it can get blocked and leave us feeling tired or stressed.


Reiki allows your body to relax enough to return to homeostasis, which is when it can heal from damage brought on by stress, injury, or disease. Reiki is mostly found to help relieve stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and much more.


Regular self-healing reiki sessions, meditation, and mindfulness will allow us to keep this energy free-flowing, leaving us feeling the love and abundance of the universe.


Although Reiki may help medical conditions, it should never replace medical care.

About me

Combining loving healing energy with experience from different mind and body healing modalities, I've created a unique learning experience to bring you peace, love, and bliss. 


As a Yoga Instructor, I intuitively came across Reiki.  I earned my Reiki Master Certification from two different schools, but felt like I was better able to understand Reiki from my previous knowledge of the chakras and the energy body. 


I brought all of this together in a Journey of Self-Healing.
